From a division of Teems Electric in 1999 to a 113,000 sq. ft. integrated manufacturing operation, Teems Fabrication has grown by investing in equipment, people, and the kind of processes that let customers rely on us for work that matters.
Heritage
Started in 1999 as part of Teems Electric.
Teems Electric had been serving North Georgia since the 1980s. When demand for metal fabrication outpaced traditional electrical contracting, the company established Teems Fabrication as a dedicated division. That focus — on doing one thing well and investing continuously in better equipment — has defined the company ever since.
Growth
From one building to 113,000 sq. ft.
The company's growth has been intentional: each expansion funded by reinvesting profit back into the facility and equipment, never outpacing the ability to maintain quality and customer focus.
1999
Established
Teems Fabrication founded as a division of Teems Electric. Initial shop focused on custom fabrication and light machining for local industrial customers.
2025
Processing Expansion
Major expansion of the processing building to 61,000 sq. ft., adding laser cutting, large-capacity press brakes, and advanced CNC equipment.
2026
Finishing & Assembly
Enlarged assembly and finishing building to 52,000 sq. ft. Total facility now 113,000 sq. ft. under roof. Powder coating, welding, assembly, and shipping all in-house.

Laser cutting, waterjet, plasma. Plate roll, press brakes, shearing.
Machining
CNC mills, lathes, turning centers. Precision work in steel, aluminum, stainless.
Welding
MIG, TIG, stick, robotic. Carbon, stainless, aluminum, specialty steels.
Finishing
Powder coating, sandblasting, chemical prep. Large batch line under roof.
Assembly
Build to spec. Sub-assemblies, final mechanical assembly, integration.
Automation
Custom controls, electrical integration, PLC programming, on-site commissioning.

Every job is built against the customer's print. Parts are inspected at every stage. We use a Keyence wide-area CMM for final dimensional validation. If it doesn't meet spec, it doesn't ship.
